Matsuo Pride is a local standard sake sold only within the prefecture, aiming to be a sake that residents of Matsuo and the people of Chiba Prefecture can be proud of. Matsuo Pride” was created by the previous generation (4th generation brewer) with the goal of working together with farmers. We pledge to carry on and sublimate that spirit as we move forward into the future. Using only Chiba rice, we aimed to create a refreshing Junmaiginjo sake that goes well with Chiba’s seafood and fisherman’s rice.
