Recruitment

Would you like to become a part of Team Kankiku
and join us in making sake that will satisfy your soul?

Our sake brewery is located in a warm area surrounded by greenery,
close to the Kujukuri Beach overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
In 1883, our founder, Gensaku Sase, began brewing refreshing,
dry sake using the local underground water and abundant rice.
140 years have passed since then. The current president,
who is the fifth generation, continues to protect the traditional taste that has long been loved,
while continuing to develop sake brewing and business in line with the times,
so that the brand will be loved not only in Japan but also around the world.

Our company has a diverse team of members,
and what we value most is the awareness that we are members of Kankiku Meijo.

We have a variety of positions available, including sake and beer brewing staff,
warehouse staff responsible for inspection, product management, inventory management,
and material procurement, and staff at our craft beer specialty store.

The average age is young, with most in their 20s and 30s,
and most of them started with no experience,
but each has an interest in sake brewing.
We have both men and women working here,
and we also have a female employee
who joined the company after graduating high school and is in her fourth year.

Our company has a diverse team of members,
and what we value most is the awareness that we are members of Kankiku Meijo.

“I don’t know anything about it, but I’m interested.”
“Sake brewing may be a big hurdle at first, but I might want to try it someday.”
Please find out more, and if you become interested,
please contact us and say you’d like to try this job.

What can be achieved at our company, what we can do, what we want to try,
what we want to realize someday.
We will cooperate and support each other in our team to realize those thoughts,
and strive to make it a rewarding experience for everyone.

Our motto is “Making sake that satisfies the soul of those who drink it,”
and we are not only committed to sake brewing,
but also to providing a working environment that satisfies the souls of our employees.

We have tradition and history.
But we continue to take on new challenges and are not afraid of change.
That’s why we can satisfy a wide range of interests.
We look forward to working with you.
